The Technical Architect will be responsible for engaging with our customers to assess and design technical solutions. They will be a key member of the team with a technical/engineering background and competencies in development, integration, solution architecture and security. They will also be responsible for advising on integration implementations such as automations into existing workflows and introducing key production systems like Microsoft Apps. In addition, the Technical Architect will also build and develop dashboards, websites, and electronic forms for the client as part of professional services.

Responsibilities:

• Introduce enhancements to outdated processes and procedure with automations.
• Design and develop dashboard, websites, and electronic forms to meet the client’s needs.
• Will work with the vendor, business analyst, software engineers, QA analyst, and other shared infrastructure resources across multiple teams to deliver solutions and support.
• Create, review, and approve functional designs with the software vendor and internal developers, taking impact to other systems into consideration.
• Work with appropriate teams to find solutions to complex cross-system problems.
• Lead and craft technical projects, engage with, and motivate change across multiple levels of IT executives and organizations.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and validate new Advanced Technology service solution opportunities, build standard operating procedures for solution implementation and support.
• Provide deep and broad technical support to the team, review system designs and participate in bid assurance, as required by customers.
• Participate in kickoff meetings, build solution implementation roadmaps, collaborate with different teams to ensure successful execution of project plans, as required by customers.
• Create and/or evaluate technical designs for customer systems, develop test plans, build proof of concepts, and participate in design reviews to ensure alignment with customer’s business requirements.
• Production of relevant technical documentation.
• Liaise closely with colleagues and provide project feedback to reduce or prevent future customer issues.

Actively participate in continuously improving internal operations.

 Education & Experience:

• BS/BA degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Math or similar discipline
• Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C , C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, or Go.
• 5 years of software development experience.

• Strong Computer Science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, programming languages, operating system, distributed systems, and information retrieval.
• Experience of balancing technical decisions with user needs and business constraints.
• Solid foundation in design, strong analytical, and debugging skills with customer-facing experience.
• Knowledge of dashboard, website, and electronic form design and development.
• Needs to have a cross-system perspective of solutions that span multiple disciplines.
