Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities.
Duties:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing repairs
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Repair or replace broken equipment, fixtures, or appliances
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
Reliability is required for this position. Must have own transportation as position includes traveling to three complexes. Will be provided fuel reimbursement. Full-time position may include alternating weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
