The Opportunity:

PWS Environmental, Inc. is searching for an experienced IT Manager who can maintain and expand our computer networks. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing all aspects of IT including day to day support, infrastructure mapping, hardware, and software management, able to manage our WAN, LAN, SAN and EDI computer platforms, while looking for ways to grow our networks in a cost-effective way to meet future needs. The IT Manager will be responsible for developing network maintenance and growth plans, creating annual and project budgets, working with key stakeholders, and keeping the executive team up to date on the latest networking technologies that could help the company to succeed. The IT Manager will oversee the data and voice transmission and communication support and service operations and functions in the organization.

As an IT Manager with NetSuite experience at Pressure Washing Systems, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our technology infrastructure, particularly focusing on our NetSuite platform. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations, efficient workflows, and continuous improvement in our IT systems.

Essential Functions

· NetSuite Administrator - Manage all aspects of our NetSuite platform, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems

· Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our IT systems, including regular updates, backups, and troubleshooting

· Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs

· Provide technical support and training to users on NetSuite functionalities and best practices

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate NetSuite with other business-critical applications and platforms (NetService, Experlogix, Truck Tracker - a plus)

· Develop innovative network troubleshooting methods that reduce downtime and lower repair costs

· Oversee data migration, cleansing, and maintenance with NetSuite to ensure data accuracy and consistency

· Work with development teams to customize NetSuite workflows, scripts, and reports to meet business requirements

· Liaise with NetSuite vendors and service providers to optimize services, resolve issues, and stay updated on platform developments

· Analyzes voice and data communication equipment and software needs for the organization.

· Oversees and facilitates the installation and maintenance of communications systems, hardware, and software.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office, environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, phones, printers, photocopiers/scanners, shredders and filing cabinets.
Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear and see. The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, walk, climb, squat, bend, twist, use of hands and fingers, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift 25lbs or more.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 in office initially then hybrid two days a week. On call as needed.
Travel
This role may require travel based on circumstances.
Required Education and Experience
· Associate degree in computer science or related field required.

· At least five years of experience in communications network operations with at least one year of supervisory responsibilities.

· Proficient in IT operations including analyzing workflows, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines.

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

· Thorough understanding of communications technology, software, and hardware.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Proficient with or able to quickly learn the data and communications software and applications used in the organization and the industry.

· Development of an in architecture for e-commerce business with the mobile first strategy. By way of building actual phone apps from scratch.

· Demonstrate experience leading and/or managing IT projects. Strong project management skills
Preferred Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.

· At least eight years of experience in communications network operations with at least one year of supervisory responsibilities highly preferred.

· Experience configuring and programming in MS dynamics platform

· Experience in process and equipment road mapping

· Experience and continued improvement tied to system.

· Development of training programs to support continued improvement and implementations.

· Programming experience to include knowledge on SQL, designing and implementing APIs and EDI communications, EHTML/CSS, Java script, react, JSON and Ajax, SEO optimization, NetService, Experlogix, Truck Tracker

· Strong background in project managing software and hardware implementations.

· Strong technical knowledge on ERP and end to end business systems.

· Strong data analysis and math skills to create formulas and algorithms.

· Strong base in programming and coding.
