Virtual Sales Representative
PWRSAVERS is looking for a Virtual Sales Representative who wants to help us expand nationally. Successful candidates will have the ability to earn $100,000 - $300-000 per year. This is a fully remote position. Sell from the comfort of your own home.
PWR SAVERS is a full-service solar sales org expanding across 33 states. Our consultation process is mostly virtual, but we definitely still get out in the field as well. We pride ourselves on a customer-centric approach from signature to "Glass on Roof" and beyond, as quickly and efficiently as possible. We are all about converting “Sunshine into Savings”, for homes all across America. We are solutions-based and work with our clients to customize the exact system they need for their home and their family. No more, no less. We pride ourselves on integrity in our sales. You won't see us out there talking about "free solar panels" or misleading our customers in any way. The value proposition of going solar is ENORMOUS already. We don't need deceitful sales tactics. Solar sells itself, if you are honest and you earn the trust of your prospects. If your values align with ours, we'll teach your our proven system for selling solar and energy storage solutions

The best candidate will have A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to constantly improve and exceed targets and goals and have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who can lead and develop others as we grow a national virtual sales program.
As a Solar Consultant at PWRSAVERS, you will be responsible for guiding customers through a fully developed consultation process for residential solar PV & Energy Storage systems
You'll develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensure their understanding of the consultation process, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and hit monthly and quarterly targets.
This is the perfect job for anyone who wants to work for themselves, selling clean energy but without having to worry about the day-to-day nuts and bolts of the business. We want our solar sales people selling, not managing the "solar-coaster" and dealing with everyday issues that come up with your deals. Let us handle all that on your behalf, with a strong emphasis on service. We already have all the tools - a CRM system, with automated texts and emails. We provide the kind of service that drives referrals from just about every one of our customers, even the ones who have a less-than-stellar installation experience.
