Job Description: The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential apartment properties in the Knoxville, TN area.

- Be proficient in apartment maintenance

Essential Functions:
Must be proficient in most areas of apartment maintenance including: light plumbing, light electrical, patching, painting, drywall, janitorial, floor coverings, carpentry, locks, roofs, emergency repairs/water issues, life safety equipment, and landscaping along with additional duties as requested.

Compensation to be determined based on experience and skill level.

Requirements Needed:
1. Prior experience (2 years) as Maintenance Technician
2. Travel- Must have valid Driver License and operating vehicle capable of transporting bulk items (appliances, furniture, etc) with proof of current insurance and registration
3. Work quickly and communicate with office/supervisors
4. Available to work Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm
5. Has own tools that are properly maintained
6. Must be able to scan and email timesheets and completed work orders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
