RESPONSIBILITIES : The responsibilities shall include, but is not limited to, the following :

• Works with and may lead technical and business subject matter experts to analyze process improvement opportunities, reduce process cycle times, and recommend changes to bring the Board in line with industry best practices.
• Documents process changes, develops training materials, and conducts user training. Ensures all documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Performs and assists end users and technical resources in system configuration activities, application, integration and report testing, and ecosystem quality issues.
• Provides expertise in human capital management (including payroll) automation and provides consultation and technical support to users.
• Troubleshoots system and process difficulties including research and testing to resolve issues.
• Tests new and / or enhanced automation to ensure changes dont negatively impact the divisions continued ability to perform the Boards essential missions.
