PVS Chemicals is Hiring a Sales Support Coordinator Near Cleveland, OH

Position Title: Sales Support Coordinator (Eastern Branches)

Overview:

The PVS Nolwood Sales Support Coordinator for our Eastern branches is primarily responsible for providing support to the Cleveland and Pittsburgh Sales Representatives as well as assisting the Sales Managers and associated Customer Service Teams. Position has the possibility to located in Painesville, Pittsburgh, hybrid, or even full time remote (depending upon candidate qualifications).

Responsibilities:

· Assist Sales Reps (varies from day to day) – assistance can include assisting with looking up costs in the system, looking up inventory, emailing customer documents, projects, invoice issues, COA/SDS/TDS, update quotes, enter site assessments, purchasing follow-up/requests, entering opportunities, etc.

· Samples: Responsible for ordering all samples with vendors and entering into Sample Database

· Debit Memos, Credit Memos, and Corrected Invoices: complete paperwork for all these transactions

· New Customer Applications: Responsible for reviewing all customer applications, vetting address, and working with Credit, Pricing, and Sales Tax to finalize setup (includes re-instating customers, new ship to addresses, etc.)

· Bids: Assist with bids when needed

· Reports: Responsible for various reports (monthly, daily, etc.); Pull various reports/data for Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Reps; often utilize Pivot tables to breakdown data needed

· Provide information to customers as needed

· Sales Tax: Assist Nolwood Controller in collection of sales tax exemption forms when missing or expired; maintain list until all forms returned (or move customers to taxable, if necessary)

· Training: Assist with training on various topics, procedures, etc. for Sales Team as well as needed

· Special Projects as requested

Other Experience/Skill:

· Strong skills with MS Office 365 and various standard business computer programs (examples, ERPs, CRM systems, data base programs, etc.)

· Strong verbal and written communications skills

· High level of self-motivation

· Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and problem solve

· Detail oriented

· Flexibility (no two days are the same)

· A team player with a positive “can-do” attitude

· Takes initiative

Required Education / Competencies / Equivalent Experience (Prior to hire / transfer):

  • Strong skills with MS Office 365 and various standard business computer programs (examples, ERPs, CRM systems, database programs, etc.) • Strong verbal and written communications skills • High level of self-motivation. • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and problem solve. • Detail oriented. • Flexibility (no two days are the same) • A team player with a positive “can-do” attitude. • Takes initiative. Location / Reporting Relationship:

The position is based in Painesville, Pittsburgh, or hybrid areas and reports to the Cleveland and Pittsburgh Branch Managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
