Puzzle Pieces is Hiring a Social Worker Near Quincy, MA

Puzzle Pieces is seeking a Social Worker to support children ages 12 and younger with a range of pediatric mental health and developmental needs. Our pediatric private practice provides respectful, family-centered support from a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, including mental health, speech and language pathologists, and occupational therapists.
We are looking to welcome an enthusiastic, warm, compassionate, confident clinician, and a true team player to join our organization!
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessment to understand the mental health needs of children and their families.
  • Provide evidence-based individual, group and family therapy to support children reaching their goals.
  • Work closely with parents, guardians, teachers and others involved to create a collaborative and supportive network for the child.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date clinical records using the practice’s electronic health records.
  • Actively participate in weekly team meetings and internal professional development that supports the practice in better understanding the families we work with.
  • Engage in regular clinical supervision in a 1:1 or small group setting
Requirements:
  • A Doctoral or Master’s Degrees in a mental health field, from an accredited graduate program
  • License for independent practice in Massachusetts (Licensed Psychologist, LICSW, LMHC, LMHC) is preferred but not required
  • Passion for working with children and families, experience with neurodiverse children preferred
  • Willingness to be a true team player with our interdisciplinary team and execute strong communication skills
