We are looking to welcome an enthusiastic, warm, compassionate, confident clinician, and a true team player to join our organization!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessment to understand the mental health needs of children and their families.
- Provide evidence-based individual, group and family therapy to support children reaching their goals.
- Work closely with parents, guardians, teachers and others involved to create a collaborative and supportive network for the child.
- Maintain accurate and up to date clinical records using the practice’s electronic health records.
- Actively participate in weekly team meetings and internal professional development that supports the practice in better understanding the families we work with.
- Engage in regular clinical supervision in a 1:1 or small group setting
- A Doctoral or Master’s Degrees in a mental health field, from an accredited graduate program
- License for independent practice in Massachusetts (Licensed Psychologist, LICSW, LMHC, LMHC) is preferred but not required
- Passion for working with children and families, experience with neurodiverse children preferred
- Willingness to be a true team player with our interdisciplinary team and execute strong communication skills
