Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an extensive background in physical medicine and rehabilitation to join our healthcare team. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and implementing post-acute physical medicine and rehabilitation programs, while helping to oversee a rapidly growing clinical team.

Responsibilities:

- Developing, reviewing, and implementing post-acute physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

- Training/overseeing the training of new clinical staff.

- Ensuring that medical records and documentation are current and abide by both state and federal laws.

- Performing quarterly and annual employee reviews, while providing feedback on performance that enables clinicians to meet professional goals.

- Collaborating with team physicians to establish optimal clinical communication pathways.

- Appraising clinical staff performance during their probationary period and annually, provides the teaching and counseling necessary to enhance the delivery of services.

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a physical medicine and rehabilitation Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a clinical setting

- Experience working in the post acute space is preferred

- Experience building out education programs is preferred

- Proficiency in employee management

- Knowledge of physical medicine and rehabilitation practices and regulations

Skills:

- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
