Procurement Operations Manager
About the Role:
The Procurement Operations Manager is key to streamlining and supervising our procurement processes. Responsibilities include managing contract systems, leading key negotiations, and tracking financial metrics to align procurement with strategic goals and ensure cost-efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate will drive improvements and maintain high standards in procurement operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages the procurement team, setting objectives, reviewing performance, and facilitating professional development.Oversees the training and onboarding of new procurement staff.Coordinates cross-functional teams involved in procurement processes.

Compensation Range: $99,000 - $105,600, depending on location.
Compensation ranges are determined by role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Education and Experience:
College degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or legal is preferred; or, related work experience preferred.
The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in procurement, particularly with SaaS products, and experience leading a small team.
Physical Requirements:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role consistently operates standard office equipment, such as computers and phones. This is largely a sedentary role that primarily involves sitting or standing.
