Qualifications

• AnyGraduate male or female.
• Proven experience incustomer service or a similar role.
• Excellentcommunication in Hindi and Bengali.
• Ability toremain calm and professional underpressure.
• Strong problemsolving skills andattention to detail.
• Proficiency in usingcustomer service software CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritizeworkload effectively.
• Flexibility to work inshifts including evenings and weekends ifrequired.
