As a customer-facing role, our Wireless Representatives are the face of the company delivering consultation at the highest level. This entry-level position is best suited for you if you're looking to significantly increase your earnings through uncapped commission and progress into a senior management position. Wireless Representative Responsibilities:

• Lead sales campaigns by directly engaging and acquiring new clientele for the company
• Develop and execute in-person training exercises for entry-level sales representatives that prioritize growth and warm customer experience
• Aid in opening new markets as the organization expands its national presence
• Notate detailed and accurate records of all business development activities, including leads, training, account management, and sales contracts
• Collaborate with Branch managers to implement strategic, customized business development plans and drive sales for our clients
• Responsible for identifying, developing, and coaching entry-level trainees on standard operating procedures
• Cultivate a culture of learning and development

Requirements and characteristics of our top Wireless Representatives:

• 1-2 years of sales, marketing, or management experience
• Must be an effective engaging communicator who handles business professionally and ethically
• Regular travel within the Addison area
• Wireless Representatives will need to work closely and collaboratively with other entry-level sales representatives
• Ability to interpret and simplify information to advise consumers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
