The Retail Sales position provides a fast-paced and challenging opportunity to expand your skills and resume. Or if you love engaging with people and are looking for an opportunity to grow from entry level, this could also be the role for you.

If hired, you will be trained directly, one on one, to ensure that you are confident and ready to go.

Please keep in mind this is NOT a remote, call center, or in-home residential position.

Benefits:

• Paid weekly, hourly base pay at $15/hr.
• OTE (on target earnings) weekly between $850-$1200, and commission has no cap.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A great communicator.
• Must have a car and valid Drivers License.
• High School Diploma or graduating this year.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Solution-oriented.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers and provide a top-tier sales experience for each marketing campaign.
• Build brand awareness and educate customers on the product and the solution it offers for their need.
• Educate the customer about what their monthly service includes and how it works. (The product is Primo Water.)
• Market the product using up to date and accurate information.
• Create an upbeat friendly atmosphere for buyers and non-buyers.
• Create work orders for new sales.
• Build your entry level sales and marketing experience to grow into other departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.62 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
