• Providing personalized patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
• Assisting patients with daily activities like bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitoring and documenting patients' vital signs, food intake, and other relevant health-related information.
• Safely and smoothly turning, repositioning, and transferring patients as required.
• Collaborating closely with our interdisciplinary team to execute patient care plans effectively.
• Respecting patients' rights, and dignity, offering emotional support, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
• Maintaining effective communication with nursing staff, patients, and their families regarding any changes or concerns in patient care.
