Job Summary The Copywriter is responsible for working within the Creative Marketing Team, along with other teams throughout the company, to create the best copy for a wide variety of marketing platforms. You must be flexible, a great team player, and self-motivated. Job Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Write compelling, brand-centric creative copy with a flexible writing style Create cohesive copy across multiple channels, including but not limited to web, social media, traditional, packaging, and retail Inspire customers to action with storytelling Exhibit a strong grasp of technical and grammatical skills Effectively manage time and meet all deadlines Establish great working relationships with other teams to deliver optimal messaging Be a model of outstanding communication skills Help develop creative strategies for various campaigns and products Required Skills, Education, Experience: Associates degree in journalism, creative writing, communications, journalism or related field, or equivalent experience in a commercial marketing environment required. Experience in the direct-selling industry preferred Solid understanding and execution of the English language A bold, flexible writing style that can communicate to multiple personas A diverse copywriting portfolio that demonstrates expertise in producing highly effective concepts, landing pages, websites content for email, and other collateral Outstanding time and project management skills A positive, quality-focused attitude and excellent teamwork skills Must be comfortable completing projects where the audience, tone, and other communication standards are already established Physical Requirements: Physical activities may occasionally include: Remaining in stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
