Working with our West Palm Beach, Florida based team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, researching prospects, and offering them exciting ways to promote their brand and keep their customers coming back! You will be expected to build and maintain successful relationships with each of your clients and to provide them with unique solutions tailored to fit their business needs. Responsibilities:

· Deliver exceptional customer service

· Present, promote, and sell creative print and promotional solutions to prospective customers

· Effective client communication

· Attend industry-related trade shows to stay current with trends and best practices

· Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

· Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

· Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

· Supply management-reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

· Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports

Expectations:

· Prospect and close new accounts on a consistent basis

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes

· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and create solutions to maximize satisfaction

· Communicate clearly with operations and sourcing teams

Qualifications & Skills

· Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients

· Positive attitude and good communication skills

· Knowledge of advertising and marketing techniques and strategies

· Ability to work independently with an effective time management skillset

· Relative work experience, with a passion to grow sales skillset

· Familiarity with CRM tools and an excellent knowledge and proficiency level with MS Office Suite

· Ability to build productive business professional relationships

· Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

· Ability to prioritize projects and workload

· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback for growth

· BS/BA/Associate degree or equivalent
