Key Responsibilities Include :
- Setup and configure Nest devices (thermostats, cameras, sensors, etc.) in multiple lab environments.
- Monitor and maintain the operational status of Nest devices to ensure functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot device issues and failures promptly, utilizing technical knowledge and diagnostic tools.
- Perform routine checks, updates, and maintenance of hosting machines to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot hosting machine issues and liaise with IT support for complex technical problems.
- Identify and analyze device failures based on diagnostic tools, logs, and error reports.
- Collaborate with engineering or technical teams to resolve device failures and implement solutions.
- Oversee lab operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and standards.
- Maintain lab equipment, organize workspaces, and optimize space utilization within labs.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and keep accurate records of equipment and devices.
- Maintain detailed documentation of lab procedures, troubleshooting steps, and inventory records.
- Generate reports on device performance, failures, and resolutions for management review.
