Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of solid B2B cold-calling and hunting skills with documented success, along with 2-4 years of selling capital to physicians or hospitals that want to enter the aesthetic laser sales industry selling to MedSpas, Dermatologists, and Plastic Surgeons. Candidate MUST be located within the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia).

Responsibilities:

• Cold-call and hunt for new business opportunities in the aesthetic laser industry
• Sell capital to physician offices and hospitals that want to enter the aesthetic laser sales industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Travel and do overnights up to 50% of the time
• Mentor TMs underneath as needed

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of B2B cold-calling and hunting experience
• 2-4 years of selling capital to physician offices/hospitals in the aesthetic laser industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Willingness to travel and do overnights up to 50% of the time
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
