Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and be proficient in using a variety of tools and materials.

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, and cabinets
- Mix and match colors for desired shades
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Perform construction painting tasks including concrete finishing, plastering, masonry work, stucco application, and restoration projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction painting and related tasks
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in painting
- Knowledge of construction estimating for materials and labor costs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
