We are seeking a skilled Lead Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the restoration industry, including water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire restoration, and asbestos abatement. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise restoration projects from start to finish
- Utilize hand and power tools for restoration tasks
- Conduct asbestos abatement procedures following safety protocols
- Perform water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration services
- Clean and restore carpets in accordance with industry standards
- Oversee and participate in building restoration projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the restoration industry
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of asbestos abatement procedures
- Ability to perform carpet cleaning tasks effectively
- Familiarity with water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration processes
