Setup and establish efficient job flow, perform production work, and effectively document work activities using smart technologies. Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site. Communicate and establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers. Manage the production costs and commission on your performance. Communicate with the Reconstruction Coordinator, Project Manager, and customer in a timely manner. Work to ensure that the customer’s needs are met in a kind and empathetic way.
