SUMMARY
A solid-dose chemist is responsible for several key functions; they manage the procurement of raw materials, conduct laboratory trials according to specified formulations, and provide support in both formulation and process development. This role requires a blend of scientific expertise and collaborative skills to effectively contribute to the advancement of solid-dose medications.

Technical Skills
Education, Experience & Licensure
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, or any related science
Language Skills
Must exhibit a strong proficiency in the English language, with the ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and succinctly in both verbal and written forms. Additionally, must possess excellent reading comprehension skills.
Mathematical Skills
Must be able to analyze and present quantitative data. Able to accurately compute basic mathematical equations such as addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and percentages.
