POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, while actively seeking out and engaging with new customer prospects and providing exceptional service. Including but not limited to processing orders, contract modifications and be the liaison with Operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create internal and sales reporting logs, visit customers as needed, acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, prepare contracts and proposals, able to provide full presentations in field and at sales meetings, and other administrative duties as assigned.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for customer engagement and satisfaction, and company knowledge of customer product mix and service preferences
- Communicate and track any service or quality issues and feedback; anticipate customer needs
- Provide and track detailed and accurate occupancy forecasts that may include other departments and impact business volume
- Responsible for consistent communication touchpoints; in-person, phone or email
- Assess pricing opportunities to meet or exceed budgetary goals
- Identify new business opportunities, analyze financial and labor impacts
- Inform Director of any problematic situations
- May give input into developing the revenue budget
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Perform other duties as required
