Must have excellent customer service skills. May be required to fill in for other staff during absences as needed.
Attention to detail, basic math skills, telephone and computer knowledge required.
Answers switchboard in a timely manner and directs/transfers calls where appropriate.
Provides departmental clerical support on special projects as needed.
Education:
High School Graduate/Equivalent

Desired Shift: DAYS - 5HRs: 1p-6p on Monday, Tuesday and Friday
