We are looking for a friendly, reliable individual to help manage a self-storage facility in Madera, CA

• Must live locally
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• May, infrequently and on occasion, swap shifts with Assistant Manager (weekends)

Duties and abilities include, but are not limited to:

• Customer service!
• Receiving cash, checks, and credit card payments
• Balancing cash drawer at the close of business
• Renting storage units and selling storage supplies
• Phone communication, handling incoming calls, and making collection calls
• Operating commonplace office equipment (i.e., fax, copy machine, computer, scanner)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Be able to stand, walk, and sit, for extended periods
• Be able to lift 40lbs.
• Bilingual Required
