Job Description:

The Production Floor Supervisor will lead and be actively involved in daily production tasks while managing a range of responsibilities from administrative duties to hands-on operational work. This role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our production floor.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities, including packaging, labeling, bottle filling, and more.
• Operate and maintain equipment, including forklifts and machinery, and conduct repairs as necessary.
• Manage and conduct inventory and quality assurance processes.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Lead a small team, promoting a cooperative and productive work environment.
• Handle administrative tasks such as creating work orders, production schedules, and maintaining documentation for FDA and GMP compliance.
• Adhere to and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), ensuring all procedures meet industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in production or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing small teams.
• Knowledge of FDA and GMP regulations, especially pertaining to inventory and quality assurance.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A strong ethical foundation, with qualities such as reliability, fairness, and integrity.
