We are looking for an experienced Principal Business Systems Analyst to drive cross functional projects in the Go-To Market area. As a Principal Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible to provide end to end solutions using Salesforce and Salesforce products and also mentor the Salesforce team. • You will work with business and technical stakeholders to identify their business problems and drive appropriate functional solutions/approaches.
• Understand and document requirements for configuring, testing and launching our CRM solution.
• Performing/interpreting requirement analysis to identify value creation opportunities.
• Supports testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials.
• Supports PM with project(s) updates, scheduling, invoicing, etc.
• Act as a subject matter expertise for the assigned areas/groups and train the new team members.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent.
• 8 years with BSA or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' Experience leading CRM (Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ and Lead to Cash) implementations from inception to delivery.
• Prior experience in leading digital transformation/strategic project(s). 
• Good understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology. 
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Salesforce Admin and CPQ certification. 
• Must be able to work on-site at least 3 days a week.

You will be based in Santa Clara, CA. As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.

The annual base salary range is: $141,000 – $212,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
