The Property Manager is responsible for the total on-site operation of Pure Smiles properties and is expected to display a strong commitment to our Goals and Core Values. This position will report to the Chief Operations Officer and the list of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Review each office?s Issue List with the Chief Operations Officer as well as walk each office?s property, inside and out.
Partner with the Office Manager to better understand the notations/requests listed on the Issues List, what repairs are necessary and identify any additional issues.
Manage the annual property and maintenance budget for each office.
Escalate unique repairs (e.g., dental chairs, x ray machines, etc.), to the appropriate vendor partner (i.e., Patterson, etc.).
Maintain positive and professional relationships with all Pure Smiles teammates as well as vendor partners and tenants of Pure Smiles properties.
Ability to effectively communicate with teammates both in person, written and via electronic channels.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs around the properties.
Perform carpentry / basic plumbing / kitchen and bath repairs/ light electrical / drywall/ appliance and floor installation.
Help maintain the curb appeal of all Pure Smiles properties.
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
Able to work independently with little to no supervision.
