Pure Smiles is Hiring a Property Management/Maintenance Specialist Near Lima, OH

The Property Manager is responsible for the total on-site operation of Pure Smiles properties and is expected to display a strong commitment to our Goals and Core Values. This position will report to the Chief Operations Officer and the list of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Review each office?s Issue List with the Chief Operations Officer as well as walk each office?s property, inside and out.

  • Partner with the Office Manager to better understand the notations/requests listed on the Issues List, what repairs are necessary and identify any additional issues.

  • Manage the annual property and maintenance budget for each office.

  • Escalate unique repairs (e.g., dental chairs, x ray machines, etc.), to the appropriate vendor partner (i.e., Patterson, etc.).

  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with all Pure Smiles teammates as well as vendor partners and tenants of Pure Smiles properties.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with teammates both in person, written and via electronic channels.

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs around the properties.

  • Perform carpentry / basic plumbing / kitchen and bath repairs/ light electrical / drywall/ appliance and floor installation.

  • Help maintain the curb appeal of all Pure Smiles properties.

  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.

  • Able to work independently with little to no supervision.

  • Other duties as assigned.
