Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media content strategy for our brands along with our team

• Create and curate content for our various social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and other emerging social platforms
• Shoot and edit visually engaging and professional photos and videos optimized for social
• Create eye-catching graphics, motion graphics, and stories tailored to suit each platform
• Work with ambassadors and influencers to generate user-generated content
• Organize and manage creative assets and maintain an organized archive
• Collaborate with the Pure Romance team to ensure consistency of brand messaging and integrated social media campaigns

• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and latest developments in social media marketing, and apply insights to improve content performance

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Photography, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop new and innovative content ideas
• Ability to create engaging and shareable content that resonates with the target audiences
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously
• Understanding of branding guidelines and ability to ensure consistency across all social media platforms
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Expertise in social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, and knowledge of other emerging platforms
• Knowledge of video production and editing for platforms like Adobe Premiere Pro or Capcut
• Proficient in design software like Adobe Creative Suites, other content creation apps such as Canva, CapCut, and GoDaddy Studio
• Understanding of photography equipment and photo editing is preferred

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
