We are a small locally owned business based out of Oronogo, Mo. We service the Joplin, Carl Junction, Webb City area. PURE Lawn Management has been operating since the Fall of 2018 but the owner has over 15 years of lawn care experience owning a previous business geared towards mowing. PURE Lawn Management focuses primarily on the Lawn Care Applications. Our services to our clients run from mid-late February through mid-late December. This means that we have a slower season during January. There will be maintenance, repairs and other things that happen in the shop during that time.

• The contracted time is 7am-5pm Monday thru Friday. 40-45hrs/week can be expected from Feb-November. 20-25hrs a week December-January.

Salary Benefits:

• Retirement, up to 3% match
• Accrued PTO (10 days total per year), can begin to be used after 90 days

Job Responsibilities for Spray Technician:

• The Spray Technician is required to have a state license for pesticide application. Training will be done underneath our licensed professional to obtain the state license.
• As a Spray Technician you are responsible for properly mixing and applying herbicides, fungicides, fertilizer, or insecticides to trees, lawns, shrubs, or ornamental plants.
• Maintaining chemical application records and standards.
• Responsible for operating spray equipment machinery (pulling hose and ride-on sprayer spreaders).
• Responsible for operating company vehicle to perform applications. This includes maintaining a clean company vehicle.
• Analyzing and reporting necessary information through our daily system.
• Applicant needs to be in good physical shape to be able to walk and pull a hose across a lawn in a timely manner, multiple times a day. This also requires the applicant to be able to withstand outside summer temperatures.

Work Experience/Skills/Education:

• No experience/education is mandatory but starting pay could be influenced based on level of prior experience. All employees are required to complete an in-person and on-the-job interview as part of the hiring process as well as a drug test screening.
