Our Broker Services team strives to deliver exceptional service to our independent broker partners and Underwriters while setting the standard of service excellence & exceptional individual performance for the team.

The work is high-volume, but wide-ranging. From helping our brokers produce compelling quotes to evaluating and executing on endorsements, our Broker Services Associates are inspired to meet the challenges of our service standardsThe Broker Services teams are local to Charleston, SC and Scottsdale, AZ, and are expected to adhere to a hybrid in-office / remote schedule.

What you’ll do :

Deliver Excellent Service

• Provide unparalleled service characterized by warmth, empathy, and ease, both over the phone and via email.
• Build relationships both internally and with our broker partners that will enhance your ability to provide an efficient service experience for members and brokers.

Process Policy Transactions

• Leverage your experience and expertise to manage the full-cycle endorsement process quickly and accurately.
• Provide assistance to our broker partners at every stage of the policy lifecycle, including (but not limited to) : Inputting new business quotesTaking premium paymentsQuoting & processing endorsementsProviding renewal reviews

What we’re looking for :

To be successful in this role, it is preferred that you have :

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• A passion for customer service and a sense of fulfillment from finding solutions in real-time over the phone, or communicating via email.
