What you will do:

• The Extrusion/Resin Technician is responsible for maintaining the resin area and process flow of resin to production machines. The Extruder Technician supports the production machines ensuring the correction resin is sent to each machine per each job specification.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output
• Unload resin from rail cars into silos
• Maintain resin lines to each machine ensuring the correct resin is going to the right machine
• Ability to drive fork truck to supply resin lines
• Ensure cleanliness and maintain safe work environment within molding department
• Respond to problems by performing corrective technical or mechanical solutions
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices

Additional qualifications that will help you be successful in this role:

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience working in a molding department
• Must have a one to three plus years in a manufacturing environment
• Experience operating a fork truck

Travel:

• Minimum travel up to 15%
