Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching groups fitness classes and helping to build our community. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about fitness and enjoy helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.

Duties:
- Lead and instruct barre classes
- Attend training to provide effective group exercise classics
- Provide guidance and support to participants, ensuring proper form and technique
- Create a positive and motivating environment for all participants
- Assist with equipment setup and breakdown

Experience:
- Previous experience teaching fitness classes or dance classes is welcomed

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively instruct and motivate participants
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with participants of all fitness levels
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards fitness
- Attention to detail to ensure participant safety during workouts

Requirements:
- Weekend availability, minimum one time a month
- Early morning and Daytime availability highly desired
- CPR certification required
- Four day training required (paid for)
