PURE BARRE INSTRUCTOR

Our teachers connect with people and build strong, authentic relationships. Pure Barre teachers are experts at the proper technique and form of the Pure Barre method and are skilled in counting music, learning choreography and assisting clients through their Pure Barre journey.

We are looking for teachers who are:

• Confident, positive, friendly, and ready to motivate women to work through a challenging 50-minute class
• Capable of memorizing choreography
• Comfortable speaking in front of and leading a large group
• Able to count musical beats and have a good sense of rhythm
• Comfortable answering client questions regarding technique and modifications needed
• Open to receiving feedback and are coachable
• Team players
• A passion for Pure Barre and prior knowledge of the brand is a plus, but not required!

Job requirements:

• Attend a 4-day Pure Barre Technique Training Course
• Available to teach a minimum of three (3) 50-minute classes per week (requires 1 hour, 20 minutes in studio per class)
• Available to take a minimum of 2 classes per week – to improve technique, learn from fellow teachers and serve as an example to clients
• Sign a one-year employment agreement
• CPR/AED Certification required (this can be done online)

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
