Job Summary
Duties : Evaluate and process updates regarding course registration by university regulations. Delivers a variety of record and registration services to Office of the Registrar walk-ins and email inquiries from current students, alumni, campus partners, academic advisors, and faculty.
Assists the Records and Registration Team with troubleshooting and account resolutions. Produces certifications and transcripts on demand.
Prepares, folds, and mails confidential materials daily. Investigate, resolve, and process degree verification responses with the National Student Clearinghouse.
Required Skills : Ability to follow directions and ability to work independently after being given instructions. Desired Skills : Filing and general office skills.
No experience is required. General office experience desired.
