The Desktop Services Specialist will address technical issues to ensure a quick restoration of service or proper escalation. Provide desktop support for customers. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues including but not limited to computers, printers, mobile devices, video conferencing, peripherals, remote technical assistance, and diagnostics. Develop documentation for the knowledgebase, change management and production readiness. Proactively support the day-to-day security of the desktop environment, including desktop operating systems, firewalls, antivirus, and software patching. Act as a resource specialist by providing guidance to lower-level staff.
This is a remote position Monday-Friday (8am -5pm EST)
