PUNGITORE IRRIGATION & FERTILIZER L is Hiring an Accounts & Billing Coordinator Near Hingham, MA

Description

Candidates should have the ability to multitask and work efficiently with a high degree of attention to detail. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem solving and communication skills as well as an eagerness and initiative to incorporate new and effective ways to achieve better results.

What You’ll Do

Accounts Receivable

  • Create and distribute invoices for all work completed
  • Create and distribute quotes for estimated work
  • Request and collect deposits for scheduled work
  • Deposit checks and apply payments to jobs
  • Maintain cleanliness of quotes, invoices and jobs in the field software system
  • Apply critical thinking skills and/or communicate with field technicians to ensure clarity, accuracy and fairness in billing
  • Work closely with the scheduling coordinator, field supervisors, and office manager to align all work and expectations
  • Ensure receipts are captured and expenses reconciled
  • Manage aging report and reach out to customers for past due collections
  • Manage customer outreach on pending quotes
  • Work closely with administrative support to delegate as appropriate

Accounts Payable & Pricing

  • Track expenses per job cost center
  • Coordinate vendor payments as applicable
  • Maintain and manage price book

Requirements

 The ideal candidate will have...

  • Proven experience as an accounts receivable coordinator, operations support, or other relevant administrative role
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written, email, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take direction, learn quickly and adapt
  • High level of accountability for completing expected work 
  • Initiative to document and continuously improve processes will be rewarded

Technical skills we’d love to see (but isn’t required)

  • Jobber (field service software) - prior experience not required. Ability to learn Jobber quickly will be required.
  • Trello 
  • MS Office and Google Drive
