Front of House employees are responsible for creating an excellent customer experience and delighting every customer. Responsibilities Include:

· Greet and welcome customers

· Make menu suggestions when needed

· If the customer isn’t satisfied, seek solutions and do whatever it takes to ensure the customer is happy

· Be earnest in interactions with customers

· Maintain a clean work area and dining room

· Process transactions and use a point-of-sale system

· Handle cash following company procedures

· Work cohesively with both FOH and BOH employees on shift

Starting pay: $15.00
