Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Building Maintenance employee, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and appearance of our facilities.

Duties:

- Conduct inspections to identify any issues or potential problems

- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the building and grounds

- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or installations

- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
