YOUR TALENT

  • High School Diploma required with 1-3 years of experience in a hospitality or front facing administrative role, like Reception
  • Event planning and event execution experience highly desirable
  • Demonstrating technical knowledge and proficiency in AppSpace, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite and social media tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • Role requires in-person/on-site work 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday; occasional after hour event support required

YOUR MISSION

The Concierge Workplace Experience role will help provide a world class experience for employees and guests at PUMA North America’s Headquarters located at Assembly Row in Somerville, MA. This position will be the welcoming face of the brand acting as the first contact for employees, visitors, and business guests by connecting them to the office and the culture. You will be based at PUMA’s Concierge desk, helping to create workplace energy with a focus on employee engagement, wellness and best in class programs.

  • Welcome all PUMA employees, business guests and visitors to PUMA’s Headquarters and provide them the necessary information to ensure their visit and experience is positive
  • Act as connector for the headquarters and ensure all occupants can easily navigate the building, understand the operating protocols, resources and invite participation in planned Workplace Experience offerings
  • Manage all front desk activities including the visitor database, greeting guests, and answering and distributing incoming calls
  • Support the Human Resources and Facilities teams in administrative tasks such as ordering catering, processing invoices and other duties as needed
  • Support the Junior Workplace Experience Manager in the execution of company events; plan and execute small scale company and department events
  • Support the Facilities team in managing security access databases including creating access cards for employees and guests, mailroom support (processing incoming/outgoing packages) and other duties as needed
  • Support the creation and distribution of the Workplace Experience Newsletter, Anniversary slides, AppSpace announcements, company reminders etc. using internal communication channels
  • Facilitate weekly New Employee Orientation
  • Help schedule internal fitness classes
  • Manage the Workplace Experience SharePoint site
  • Be part of the Emergency Response Team acting as a Safety Captain
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
