The primary responsibility of the Component Assembler Truss is toassemble wood material and other parts into a finished product.

The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to utilize critical thinking skills to identify issues; work independently and as a team member and have knowledge and understanding of truss assembly.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assembles wood material and other parts into a finished product
• Abides by production process established for assigned work area
• Seeks opportunities for continuous improvement in work area
• Safely and effectively operates computer-aided systems

• Is on time with consistent attendance and operates through shift end
• Manages own time clock effectively

• Is willing to do what it takes to get the job done safely and efficiently

• Follows instructions, willingness to learn and train when required
• Consistently achieves high quality and volume targets of work area

REQUIRED EDUCATION
