JOB SUMMARY: Primary responsibility for managing the day-to-day financial operations for assigned market. Fiscal responsibility for preparing complete and accurate financial statements, quarterly forecasting, and hands-on involvement in land acquisition feasibility process. Risk manager for the Division operations.
