Pulse Clinical Alliance is Hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse - RN Near Lincoln, OR
Job Details:
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Pay Rate: $52/hr - With mileage of $0.55/mile while working - $2,200/week for travelers
- Shift: Days - 40hrs/week - Monday-Friday - Will cover from Newport, OR to Yachats, OR
- Experience: 1 year of Home Health experience within the past 3 years, must have experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase).

Home care nurses provide care to patients in their homes under the guidance of a physician. They perform regular visits where they monitor the patient’s condition, assess their wounds, and change dressings as required. Home care nurses also write reports and communicate with the doctor after each visit.
- Traveling to patients’ homes and managing their care plans according to physicians’ instructions.
- Administering medication and insulin, and completing blood pressure, glucose, urine, and stool tests.
- Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene.
- Testing for muscle weakness, bedsores, and any signs of infection.
- Listening to the concerns of family members and answering their questions.
