Job Details:
- Full-time position
- Pay Rate: $74,880 a year - $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Shift: Days/Evenings - 40hrs/week
- Experience: 2 years preferred
- License in LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC
- Computer, Phone, and Documentation skills
These are court-mandated services for children who have been abused or neglected and their parents/caregivers. The referrals are made by the Department of Child Services and Probation. Clinical therapists provide in-home, high quality, family centered, trauma informed services to parents, children, and families. Clinical services address trauma, improve individual and family functioning, enhance family resilience, support nurturing relationships, and create a safe physical environment for the family. Clinical services include assessment, treatment planning, treatment interventions, and crisis response to meet the complex needs of children and families.
Reliable transportation during the workday
• Mileage reimbursement ($.50/mile)
• In and out of county travel (see service area map)
• Installation of car seats
• Transporting adult and child clients and service animals if needed
Full Time Requirements (40 hour work week): Our hours are 8am-8:30pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 9:30am-2:30pm. Staff are required to work 40 hours within this timeframe.
• Our primary service hours are during the after-school timeframe, typically 3-8pm. Staff are expected to work evenings based on their clients’ needs.
• The schedule is flexible and staff are responsible for scheduling their own clients. Ideally, staff should have 2 days off from seeing clients.
• Should a client have a crisis or emergency after office hours, staff must respond as soon as they are able.
• Staff are required to provide 23 hours-of-face to face time with clients each week. The remaining work time will be spent on travel, documentation, supervision and meetings, trainings, and other tasks.
• Full case load will vary from 5 – 12 active families, depending on the service provided.
Services:
- Referrals are all from the Department of Child Services and Probation. Services may include family therapy, individual therapy, case management, supervised visitation, and comprehensive services.
- Services are provided in the office, community, client’s home, court, DCS office, or virtually to best meet the needs of children and families.
