Job Title: Medical Receptionist

Summary:
We are seeking a professional and courteous medical receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients while efficiently managing administrative tasks in a busy medical office environment.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Greet patients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
2. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage appointment calendars.
3. Verify patient demographics and insurance information accurately.
4. Collect co-payments and process payments for services rendered.
5. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including faxes and emails.
6. Ensure waiting areas are clean and organized.
7. Adhere to confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
8. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role preferred but also willing to train.
3. Proficiency in computer skills, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
7. Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
**Working Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30
