Responsibilities:

Patient Relations: Foster excellent patient relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high standard of care and professionalism.
Inventory Management: Maintain and control inventory of medical supplies, office supplies, and equipment.
Compliance: Ensure the practice complies with all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and coordinate training and updates for staff as necessary.
Performance Analysis: Generate reports and metrics to assess the practice's performance and identify areas for improvement.
Technology Integration: Implement and optimize healthcare technology solutions to improve practice efficiency and patient care.
Quality Assurance: Contribute to maintaining the highest standards of quality in patient care, office procedures, and healthcare delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a medical practice is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance, particularly HIPAA.
  • Proficiency in healthcare software and technology.
