$15,000 Sign-on Bonus for Full-time, qualified candidates, DOE
Puget Sound Hospice is seeking experienced and caring full-time, part-time and per diem Hospice Registered Nurses (RN) in the greater Thurston, Grays Harbor, and Mason County, Washington area!

Essential Duties
- Provide end-of-life care to patients in their homes
- Provide skilled observation, assessment, and evaluation
- Provide patient and family/caregiver support and education
- Practice cohesive and collaborative care with the healthcare providers
- Supervise LPN and CNA staff
Requirements and Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Prior Home Health and/or Hospice experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking
- Current BLS certification from AHA
- Be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
