CLEANING SUPERVISOR - SUPERVISOR DE LIMPIEZA EN CAMPO
ENG -EXPERIENCE:
- Supervise, manage, and operate teams, commercial, airbnb and residential cleaning.
- Responsible for training, supervising, scheduling, quality control, recruiting as needed.
- "Hands-on" experience required.
- Expert cleaning and leadership skills, chemical/supply knowledge/management & supervisor of other employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- 1 year of managerial/supervisor experience required.
- Safe driver.
- Ability to manage cleaning teams professionally.
- Desire to grow to a Administrative position within the next 2 years.
- Work Authorization is required.
- Compensation is very competitive. To be determined through experience and interview process.
ESP- EXPERIENCIA:
- Supervisar y administrar servicios de limpieza comercial/ airbnb y ocasionalmente, residencial.
- Responsable de la formación, supervisión, programación, control de calidad, contratación de nuevos empleados, según sea necesario. Reporte de gestión del tiempo, servicio al cliente y coordinación de equipos.
- Se requiere experiencia "práctica".
- Experto en limpieza de Airbnb comercial postconstruccion conocimiento / gestión de productos químicos / suministros.
REQUISITOS:
- Bilingüe (inglés / español)
- Se requiere experiencia comprobada coordinando y/o supervisando equipos.
- Licencia de conducción.
- Deseo de permanecer en la empresa durante más de 5 años.
- Se requiere autorización de trabajo.
- Compensación: muy competitiva. Se determinará a través de la experiencia y el proceso de entrevista.
