- Processes application of high-volume cash receipts for operating company.
- Drives cash application process in conjunction with operational teams to ensure cash is applied correctly to open receivables.
- Serves as administrator for merchant services for the operating company.
- Processes credit card payments for the operating company in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Reports weekly cash payment analytics to stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communications.
- Strong commitment to consistently meeting deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong commitment to high-quality work products and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent work habits including going ‘above and beyond’ to get the job done.
- High School diploma
- Associate degree in finance or accounting preferred
- 2 years of business experience (construction receivable experience preferred)
- Intermediate skills in Excel preferred
- Must be able to pass a pre-placement drug test and background screen.
