Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our team. As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our medical facility and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards - Monitor patient care activities to ensure adherence to established protocols and guidelines - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans - Provide direct patient care as needed, including administering medications, performing diagnostic evaluations, and assisting with procedures - Oversee the maintenance of medical records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and provide education on new protocols or procedures - Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, and coordinate ordering as needed Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting - Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role - Strong knowledge of primary care practices, laboratory procedures, anatomy, diagnostic evaluation techniques, spinal tap procedures, ICU protocols, ICD-10 coding, suturing techniques, HIPAA regulations, and medical office operations - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
